Now you’re set for group class
The class design is an express 20 minute flowing sequence of exercises that covers most muscle groups and movements known to prevent/alleviate back pain and stiff joints and to improve posture and core strength. Each class has an additional and optional 10 minutes at the end to progress these movements further for those who can afford a 30 minute practice and wish to get even stronger. There are 9 classes a week on the timetable and I recommend trying to attend a minimum of 2 a week if you can. Attending group classes is a great way to keep structure and motivation to your practice with the added bonus of personal correction giving you the confidence in knowing you are performing the exercises correctly.
